Description

Fire on all cylinders. Your nervous system and adrenal glands cop a lot from life. If life is overflowing with busyness, or you have endured or are enduring stress and struggle, then this tea is for you.

Palate: Fresh, zingy

Ingredients (sourced organically and are Australian grown whenever possible): Siberian ginseng, gotu kola, withania, rhodiola, licorice, peppermint, spearmint, red rose petals. Stimulant free.

Traditional therapy: Fatigue, stress.

Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of boiled water for 3-5 mins. I like to brew 1 tsp of this tea with 1 tsp of Digestivo in a 500ml thermos for 20 minutes and sip throughout the day. The combination is delicious and makes a great post meal digestive aide.

Tessa Says: This tea is so good I have several cups per day. I brew it for 10-20 minutes 50/50 with Digestivo herbal tea in a thermos for a strong therapeutic brew and sip throughout the morning. It’s sweet flavour is lovely and it’s soothing to your digestion.

Please note that excessive consumption of licorice root can lead to high blood pressure. Please check with your doctor before consuming herbal tea while pregnant.
