Description

Sleep well & sweet dreams. Poor sleep leaves you feeling tired and grumpy, impacting on your gut health, hormones and immune system. A cup of this tea before bed promotes a deeper sleep and helps create a nourishing bedtime routine. Drink through the day to settle frayed nerves.

Palate: Earthy, mellow, settling

Ingredients (sourced organically and Australian grown whenever possible): Californian poppy, zizyphus, valerian, withania, licorice, skullcap, chamomile, hops, cardamom, ginger, rosehips, red rose petals. Stimulant free.

Traditional therapy: Healthy sleep support.

Instructions: 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup of boiled water for 3-5 mins. Or, I like to brew mine strong in a thermos for 20 minutes for best results.

Tessa says: A cup of Nighty Night is part of the ritual I use to prepare myself for bed. I brew it for 10-20 mins in a thermos for a strong therapeutic brew and I find the ginger, cardamom & rose creates a unique and delicious herbal tea flavour that I can’t get enough of!

Please note that excessive consumption of licorice root can lead to high blood pressure. Please check with your doctor before consuming herbal tea while pregnant.
